Cider Making at Dawe’s Twineworks

In November last year I went along to Dawe’s Twineworks in West Coker, Somerset to document the cider making process. The volunteers there were using a traditional traveller press that is over a hundred years old. This sort of cider press has wheels so that it could easily be transported and would have gone to all of the surrounding villages.
